With increasing customer demand we have added yet another Tsugami S206, our second one this year. This machine is our first to be equipped with a Caron TMAC MP tool monitoring adaptive control. We chose the Caron system based on their strain gauge sensor technology since we have an on-going need to monitor tool breakage on .011 boring bars and .009 drills. The machine is also equipped with a magazine barfeed, Firetrace unit, mist collection system and an accumulation table just like our other S206s.
