TWS plans to stay ahead of the additive manufacturing curve with the purchase of their Ultimaker S3 dual head extrusion 3D printer. Since purchasing, they have designed and printed internal tooling and fixturing, CMM fixturing and hard to visualize parts for quoting purposes along with various other items. The S3’s award-winning touch interface, quick-swap print cores and predefined print settings enable rapid changeovers that reduce our operator involvement time. With a large Dual extrusion build zone of 230 x 190 x 200 mm (9 x 7.4 x 7.9 inches) and the ability to go down to a 20 micron (.001 inch) layer resolution TWS will be able to accomplish any job easily and precisely.
