CNC Swiss Lathe Set Up
This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience and the ability to work with tight tolerances. Some industries served are Aerospace, Electronics, Medical, Military, Life Sciences and Test Equipment, most tolerances are tenths and thousandths. Previous experience on Tsugami’s is a plus. Our lathes have cross milling, cross-drilling, and sub-spindle capabilities. All of our lathes have Fanuc controls that utilize G&M code for programming. The ability to program and edit programs is a plus. Part sizes range from 1mm (.0394″) to 152.4mm (6″) diameters. CNC Lathe Operator
Candidates will be responsible for the daily operation of CNC chuckers and CNC swiss screw machines in a state-of-the-art, fast paced, production environment. Previous CNC experience is preferred but we will train someone with the right attitude. This position is equally suited to both male and female applicants. Quality Control Inspector
Candidates will work under the QC Manager and will be responsible for helping to perform first article and final inspections as well as in-house gage and instrument calibration. Previous experience with micrometers, drop indicators, calipers and optical comparators is a must, CMM experience is a plus. Some industries served are Aerospace, Electronics, Medical, Military, Life Sciences and Test Equipment, most tolerances measured are tenths and thousandths. Applicants must be very well organized and have legible handwriting. May also be asked to write inspection reports and non-conformance forms. Must be a friendly “people” person willing to answer questions and solve problems. Material Handler
Candidates will work under the purchasing agent and is responsible for unloading, receiving and inspecting raw materials upon arrival. Forklift experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs is required for this position, the company will provide forklift testing and certification if hired. Experience with various saws and manual lathes are a plus. Daily responsibilities include pulling correct material and quantity as well as prepping bar stock for each job and maintaining an accurate raw material inventory. Attention to detail is very important as well as strong math and comprehension skills. Must possess a clean driving record in order to perform daily local deliveries. May also be asked to perform light assembly work on finished parts where handling and attention to detail is absolutely critical.
